Description

ISIS is the software package that is used to map project THEMIS IR/VIS images to the planet. Image properties are stored in a header that is similar to the PDS header format. It is free and can be installed on most systems. Most THEMIS processing requires ISIS map projected data.

In general three ISIS programs are used for THEMIS. They are as follows:
